CARTER , Karen Maria (Ferguson) 1964 - 2009 Karen passed away on December 23, 2009 at the age of 45 years. Her sense of humour, her wit, her brilliant mind, and her forthright spirit brought so much joy and hope to all around her. It would seem to many that Karen's life was too short, but to those who loved her, she showed us how to live a life of moments. Karen's devotion to family and friends, her strength, courage and positive outlook were an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her loving family; Jon, Amelia, Lydia, Frances, Murray, Deborah, Leslie and Laura and their families.
