Daphene June Huff Wilson, 62, wife of Leonard Eugene Wilson, of 519 Poinsettia Drive, died Aug. 18, 2004.Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of John D. and Victoria Jordan Huff, of Greenville.Mrs. Wilson was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Simpsonville United Methodist Church, and was a kindergarten teacher at First Presbyterian Church, Greenville. She loved children and enjoyed decorating.Surviving, in addition to her husband and parents, are her daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Jaryd Walley, of Simpsonville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, William D. "Billy", and Brenda Huff, of Piedmont, and Claude A. "Bud" and Mickey Huff, of Ware Shoals; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Jerry and Ken McQue, of Williamston, and Hope Crider, of Piedmont; a grandchild, Kerrigan Walley, of Simpsonville; and two stepgrandchildren, Jamie Condon, of Greenville, and Andrew Walley, of Simpsonville. She was predeceased by an infant brother, John Ronald Huff.Services will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at Simpsonville United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Cooper Stonestreet and the Rev. Judson King officiating. Burial will follow at Greenville Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at The Mackey Mortuary, Century Drive.
