EVANS, Ga. - Mrs. June Morrison, age 84, of Evans, passed from this life on Friday morning, December 30, 2005, at the home of her daughter. A native of White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., she has resided in the Evans area since 1995. The last of a family of 12 children, Mrs. Morrison had lived in Clifton Forge, Va., until marrying her husband, the late Floyd E. Morrison, in 1957. Those that knew her will remember her caring and loving nature that she displayed to all of her family and friends and the love, affection and special bond that she shared with her two grandchildren. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Floyd E. Morrison, who passed away in 1984. She is survived by their daughter, June Klement and her husband, Patrick, Evans; her grandson, John Klement; her granddaughter, Diane Klement; the family of her late husband; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m.on Monday, January 2, 2006, at Wesley United Methodist Church, 825 North Belair Rd., Evans, with Reverend Greg Porterfield officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall.
