She is survived by her son, Robert Emmett Hanley Jr.; and daughter-in-law, Lisa Cole Hanley; grandsons, Brian and Samuel Hanley; sisters-in-law, Mrs. Andrew (Connie) Roberts, Mrs. Frank (Helen) Roberts, Mrs. William (Helen) Roberts, Mrs. Richard (Florence) Hanley; brother-in-law, Albert Mosch; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her mother, Fannie (Kuchera) Roberts; father, John (Rapach) Roberts; sisters, Mary McNevin, Kathryn Mosch, and Anna Roberts; brothers, Frank, William, Andrew Roberts; and her husband, Robert Emmett Sr. She was married on June 19, 1948 at St. Cecelia's Church in Elmira, NY. Julia was a member of St. Mary's of the Lake Church, Watkins Glen, and St. Benedict's Church in Odessa, NY. She was the owner of the Montour Inn, Montour Falls, NY, for 20 years, a member of the Montour Moose Lodge and the Catholic Daughters. There will be no calling hours. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary's of the Lake Church, Decatur St., Watkins Glen, NY, on Thursday, March 27, 2003, at 10 AM. Burial in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Elmira, NY.
