Julia Christina Peterson, 90, died April 1, 2008, at Treasure Coast Hospice. She was a native of Chicago and lived in Fort Pierce for 24 years, coming from Lombard, Ill. She was a member and served on the altar guild of Trinity Lutheran Church in Fort Pierce. Survivors include her daughters, Martha Tilley of Deer Park, Wash., Patti Brock of Addison, Ill., Janice Peterson of Fort Pierce, and Julia Irvin of Lombard; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Peterson; and a sister, Mary Neil. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 2011 South 13th St., Fort Pierce, FL 34950. SERVICES: A service of remembrance will be at 10 a.m. April 6 at Trinity Lutheran Church, with Pastor Ron Engel officiating. A memorial service will be April 12 at the Brust Funeral Home in Lombard. Local arrangements are by Yates Funeral Home and Crematory in Fort Pierce.
