JUDY G. SMITH1919-2006Mrs. Judy G. Smith, 87, of Bagdad, died Monday, December 4, 2006 in a local hospital. Mrs. Smith was a native of Chicago and had resided in Bagdad the past fifty years. She had retired after 30 years from the Santa Rosa Co. School System at the former Oakhurst, now W. H. Rhodes Elementary School. She was a member of the Sanders Beach "Over Fifty Club" and enjoyed dancing and socializing. She had also served and been a faithful member of the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Smith.Mrs. Smith is survived by a daughter, Pat (Wayne) Greene of Milton; a son, Wayne Michael Smith of Bagdad; a grandson Zackery "Buck" Stokes of Milton; several nieces and nephews;Funeral services for Mrs. Smith will be 10 AM Thursday, Dec. 7, 2006 at the Lewis Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be 6-8 Wednesday December 6, 2006 with a Rosary Service at 7 PMLewis Funeral Home, 6405 Hwy 90 W., Milton is in charge of arrangements.
