Ashville - Funeral service for Mrs. Judy Hannah Smith, 64, will be Sunday, November 27, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City with the Rev. Doug Ford officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Ragland. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. at Kilgroe Funeral Home prior to the service. Mrs. Smith passed away Thursday, November 24, 2011, at her residence. Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Gary Smith, of Ragland; daughters, Karen Winn and her husband, Keith of Ragland, Denea Smith, of Anniston; mother-in-law, Jean Smith, of Ohatchee; sister, Sue Lawless and husband, Steve, of Southside; brother, Charles Hannah and wife, Lois, of Ragland; grandchildren, Kody Winn, Karson Winn, Kara Winn, Chelsey Jones, and Cassidy Jones; several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Wendell Wood, Stanley Bean, Kenneth Higginbotham, Clay Watts, Richard Petitt and Clyde Echols. Mrs. Smith was a native and lifelong resident of Ragland.
