Judith L. Carter, 70, of 200 Douglas Drive, Waterloo passed away on Monday, October 27, 2014, in Geneva General Hospital. There will be no prior calling hours. A Celebration of Her Life will be at 11 a.m. on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at the Warner Fire Dept., 6444 Newport, RD., Warner, NY. Judith was born in Syracuse, NY and resided in Baldwinsville for several years. She was the daughter of the late Alfred and Margaret Graves Pecore. She was a past member of the Plainville Fire Department Auxiliary. Surviving are her sons, William Carter, Jr. of Canandaigua, Todd (Amber) Carter of Harrisburg, PA; her daughter, Lisa Wilson of Naples; six grandchildren; her brother, William Pecore of Rome; and her sisters, Diane Olney of Baldwinsville and Kathy (Larry) Taylor of Fulton.
