BROOKS-Judith passed away quietly on November 1, 2008 at the age of 92 years. Predeceased by her sons: Allan, Cy (Bruce) and Robert; and four brothers. Survived by her sons, Ronald, Dennis and Harvey; and daughter Lois; brother, Frank; grandchildren, Caroline, Douglas and Terry; great-grandsons, Xander and Wyatt and numerous nieces and nephews. Judith was funny, lively, young at heart and enormously brave. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, November 7, 2008 at Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue, from 7:00 P.M. 9:00 P.M. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at Evangelical Free Church, 855 Broad St. N. at 2:00 P.M. Interment will be held at Carrot River Cemetery at a later date. Donations may be made in her memory to any organization that feeds the hungry.
