Juanita Parsons "Nita" Smith, 64, of 6 Harts Court, died Tuesday, April 15, 2003, at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late Ben Parsons and Frances Foster Parsons Davis. Juanita was retired from Laurens Primary and was a member of Clinton First Pentecostal Holiness Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW. Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Janet and the Rev. Mark Entrekin, of Laurens; three brothers, James Parsons, and wife, Jane, of Ora, Billy Ray Davis, and wife, Jo-Ann, of Valrico, Fla., and Alton Davis, and wife, Janet, of Laurens; four granddaughters, Jocelyn, and husband, Ryan Allen, Summer Smith and Paige and Abigail Entrekin. She was predeceased by a son, William A. Smith. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 17, 2003, at Clinton First Pentecostal Holiness Church, conducted by the Revs. Sherrill Green, Mark Entrekin and James F. Entrekin, with burial to follow at Forest Lawn East Cemetery. The family will be at the home of a brother: Alton Davis, 200 Mayflower Drive; and will receive friends at Kennedy Mortuary today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to Clinton First Pentecostal Holiness Church, Building Fund, P.O.
