Joyce Williams, 78, of Montclair, N.J., entered into rest June 4, 2013. Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at Union Baptist Church, 12-14 Midland Ave., Montclair, where visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. Interment is in Rosedale Cemetery, Montclair. Arrangements are in the loving care of the James E. Churchman Jr. Funeral Home. Joyce was the beloved wife of Dr. Leroy Williams Jr.; loving mother of LaVerne Ellis (Michael), Cheryl Thomas (L. George), Wendy Beckett (Mark), and Dale Williams (Estelle); fond sister of Barbara Green, Audrey Barber (Frank), and the late Cordelia Edwards and William Austin. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
