Joyce Rebecca Schultz-Clark, 63, of St. Augustine, died unexpectedly on April 11, 2014, at Flagler Hospital. Born in Cambridge, Ohio, Joyce moved to St. Augustine at the young age of 7, and had lived here ever since. She owned and operated a wallpaper and tile installation business for many years, and was a wonderful homemaker. Joyce enjoyed cooking and entertaining and truly had the gift of hospitality. Her door was always open to her friends and family. She loved the outdoors and was known for being an animal lover. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. Above all, Joyce was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and she will be deeply missed.She was preceded in death by her brother, Butch Schultz. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Henon Clark, of St. Augustine; daughters, Nina Craven, and her husband, Kevin, of Bell, Fla., Rebecca "Becky" Pope, of Hilton Head, S.C.; Linda Wallis and her husband, Robert, of Hilliard, Fla.; and Penelopy Clark-Crivelli of Ocala, Fla.; a son, Henon Franklin Clark, Jr., of Oceanside, Calif.; sisters, Jean Smith, Jane Palmore, and her husband, DeGrafph, of Eufaula, Ala.; sister-in-law, Gwen Schultz; grandchildren, Trevor, Cody, Austin, Katelynn, Breanna, Jordan, Dalton, Keely, Ashlee, Jeremy, Jordan, Cecil, Britney and Gavin; and great-grandchildren, Adalyn, Raymond, Charlie, Bradley, Zuri and Lacy.A funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Johns Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Walker officiating. A visitation beginning at noon will precede the service. Flowers are welcomed, or donations in Joyce's memory may be made to any charity dedicated to the welfare of animals.St. Johns Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
