Joyce K. Jackson, age 65, formerly of 335 Kellett Road, died Saturday, March 22, at National Health Care of Laurens. She was born in Hickory Tavern and was the daughter of the late Jesse Avery and Onie King Kellett. Mrs. Jackson was a former employee of Transit Homes Inc. of Greenville and was a member of Friendship Presbyterian Church. Surviving are her husband, Calvin B. Jackson, of the home, and her son, Jess B. Jackson, of Hilton Head. Funeral services will be conducted today, March 25, at 2 p.m. at Friendship Presbyterian Church, with burial at the church cemetery. The family will greet friends in the church sanctuary following the committal service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friendship Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 2094 Neely Ferry Road, Laurens, SC 29360; or to Thornwell Home for Children, P.O.
