MANCHESTER - Joyce H. Williams, 51, of Manchester and formerly of Endwell, N.Y., died March 25, 2014. She was a graduate of Maine-Endwell High School and The Culinary Institute of America in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. She was employed as a chef at Stratton Mountain Resort. She enjoyed cooking and riding her motorcycle on the winding Vermont back roads. Survivors include her mother, Bonnie Holbrook and husband Brent of Fulton, N.Y.; her father, Russell Williams and wife Renee of Apalachin, N.Y.; a sister, Anne Smith of Endicott, N.Y.; her maternal grandfather, Ward Davis of Endwell, N.Y.; many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Russell and Ann Williams, and her maternal grandmother, Helen Davis.
