SMITH, Joyce Anne (Corrins) September 7, 1941 November 7, 2011 With saddened hearts we announce the passing of Joyce Smith who left us much too soon. Predeceased by her son, Randy, she leaves to cherish her wonderful memories for her loving husband Dennis, daughter Julie, sister Georgina (Pudge), sister-in-law Min Corrins and nieces, nephews and friends she also considered family. Born in Jasper, Alta. Joyce was the youngest of 6 children. Joyce married Dennis and moved to Victoria, BC in 1962. Other than short periods in Aldergrove, BC and Halifax, NS they spent most of their life in Victoria, then moved to Mill Bay in 1999 to enjoy their retirement years. Joyce always had a big HUG for everyone. Many thanks to the ICU Staff at both Cowichan Hospital and Victoria General. A celebration of Joyce's life will be held Sunday, November 27th from 2 to 5 PM at Kerry Park Recreation Centre (Dennis Mclean Room), 1035 Shawnigan Road Mill Bay Road in Mill Bay, BC.
