MARTIN, JOSUA MICHAEL CODYLutz - Josua Michael Cody Martin, age 15 of Lutz, passed away at home on Saturday, September 29, 2007. He was a student at Freedom High School in Lutz. He is survived by his father Michael P. Martin, sister Jessica and many Family and friends. The Family would like to give special thanks to The Street Light Program, Shands Hospital - Gainesville and all his doctor's and nurses. Memorial Service will be held Saturday at 6pm at Exciting Central Tampa Baptist Church, 2923 N. Tampa Street. Cody will be laid to rest next to his Great-Grandfather, Charles V. Jordan at Covington Memorial Gardens, Ft. Wayne, IN. In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Contributions can be made to the Josua Michael Cody Martin Benevolent Account at Washington Mutual Bank.
