CARTER, Josephine Williams, 51, of Sebring, Fla., passed away Thursday, July 21, 2005, in Sebring. She was born March 21, 1954, to Leo Joesph and Annette Carter Williams, Sr., in Lyons, Ga. and had been a resident of Sebring since 1994. She moved to Sebring from Winter Haven, Fla. but originally lived in Miami, Fla. She was a homemaker and a member of the Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church in Avon Park, Fla. She is survived by her husband, Pastor Benjamin F. Carter, Jr., Sebring; daughters, Kimberly and James Dudley, Sebring and Cassandra Carter, Sebring; mother, Annette Williams, Miami, Fla.; grandson, Joshua Dudley; sisters, Ruth Williams, Miami, Fla., Easterphine and Derrick White, Chesapeake, Va., Esther and W.L. Jordan, Miami, Fla., and Tarshe Williams, Miami, Fla.; brothers, Joseph Randall and Annie Williams, Miami, Fla., Leo Mathew Williams, Miami, Fla., Ezra Williams, Miami, Fla., Tony L. Williams, Miami, Fla., Leo J. and Jeanne Williams, Jr., Clinton, Md., and Andre Williams, Miami, Fla. Visitation was held Friday evening, July 22, 2005, at the Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church in Avon Park. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 23, 2005, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Avon Park with interment at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Avon Park, immediately following the service.
