Joseph P. LeMieux, 81, Bradenton, died April 14, 2004. He was born May 17, 1922, in St. Regis Falls, N.Y., and came to Bradenton in 1996 from Henrietta, Okla. He retired after 21 years in the military and served in the Army and Air Force. He was a veteran of World War II and was a Pearl Harbor survivor. He was a truck driver. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and St. Joseph Catholic Church, and a life member of the 19th Infantry Regiment. Survivors include his wife, Reba; a daughter, Michelle Nolte of Arlington, Wash.; sons Mark S. of Henrietta, Joseph P. II of Tulsa, Okla., and Patrick J. Sr. of Waco, Ky.; a brother, Paul of Seattle; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. The visitation and service will be private. Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, Cortez Road Chapel, is in charge. Memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 3100 26th St. W., Bradenton, FL 34205.
