Joseph F. DavisJoseph F. Davis, 83, of Florence, passed away on April 5, 2013, after a brief illness.Formerly of Dubuque, Iowa, he leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Judy; ten children; 28 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; and those whose lives he touched.He was a member of St. Joseph Church parish and a Knight of Columbus for 55 years. A memorial service is pending.He generously donated his body to Science Care Research so that others may benefit from that research. Memorials may be given in his name to St. Joseph School, 115 Plum St., Florence, AL 35630.
