HEBERT, Joseph E. 83, Clearwater, went to be with the Lord on Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at his home. Born in Grafton, MA, he served his country with three years in the U.S Navy and seventeen years in the U.S. Airforce, retiring honorably as a Master Sergeant. He was a dedicated member of Holy Spirit Ecumenical Catholic Church of Largo, Tin Can Sailors of the USS McKean DD-784 and the Elks Lodge of Dunedin. He enjoyed spending time with family, reading a good novel, carpentry & woodworking. Joseph was predeceased by three sons, Ronald and Raymond Deschenes and Gary Hebert. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, JoAnn; son, Ross (Yvette) Deschenes; daughters, Kathy (John) Thomas and Linda (Perry) Wesley; daugter-in-law, Sandy Hebert; two brothers; one sister; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and many devoted nieces & nephews. Visitation will be held at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home on Friday, Jan. 11th from 6-8 pm. Funeral Services follow on Saturday at 11 am at the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment with full Military Honors will follow at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park.
