Joseph Clifford Hebert, Jr. passed away on Monday, August 22, 2005 at 2:45 AM at his residence. Beloved husband of June Lloyd Hebert for 58 years. Father of Karen Hebert and her partner Denise O'Sullivan. Grandfather of Pamela Rodriguez. Great-grandfather of Arlen Joseph Bockhorn. Brother of Norwood, Wilfred and Loretta Hebert, Margaret Breaud and the late Frank and David Hebert and Barbara Ann Hebert. Nephew of Regina Higgins Moore. Son of the late Joseph Clifford Hebert, Sr. and Alice Mildred Higgins Hebert. Also survived by 57 nieces and nephews. Cliff was the owner of Suburban Electric, Inc. for 47 years and was a member of I.B.E.W. and N.E.C.A. He was a parishioner of St. Agnes Church and was a member of Knights of Columbus Marion Council of St. Agnes Parish. Cliff was a Merchant Marine Veteran of WWII and was a member of the original Basin Street 6. Age 77 years. A native of New Orleans, LA and a lifelong resident of Jefferson Parish. The relatives and friend of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass from Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel, 4747 Veterans Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie on Wednesday, August 24, 2005 at 12:00 Noon.
