Mr. Johnny Lee Davis Jr., 50, of 172 Pinckney St. passed away on Friday, Sept. 27, 2013, at his home. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m.. Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013, at Eternal Rock Church with Pastor Bernard Morris officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Born in Chester County on July 1, 1963, he was the son of Johnny Lee Davis Sr. and the late Eva Mae Feaster Davis. He was a former member of St. Paul Halsellville Baptist Church and later united with Eternal Rock Church, where he served as a Deacon. He was educated in the public schools of Chester County and was a self-employed barber. He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Ricky Lee Davis; and grandparents, Annie Bell Feaster, Louise Davis and Jessie L. Davis Sr. Survivors are his wife, Ipadella Davis; one son, Jhermiko Monte' Davis; five daughters, Jessica (Dr. Joseph) Blanchard, Jasmine Sophia Davis, Jerdella Vanessa Davis, Jalesia Victoria Davis and Johnaya April Davis; father, Johnny Lee Davis Sr.; one brother, Travis Lericko (Connetta) Davis; two sisters, Cynthia H. (Marco) Chavez and Kimetrica D. (Michael) Carter; five grandchildren; father-in-law, Willie (Lucille) Simpson Jr.; and aunts and uncles. The family will receive friends each evening from 5 to 8 p.m. at Eternal Rock Church Fellowship Hall, 2183 Dawson Drive, Chester. Viewing will be from 1 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at King's Funeral Home, 135 Cemetery St., Chester.
