GAFFNEY, SC-- John Wesley Horn, 82, of 611 Anthony Street, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at Upstate Carolina Medical Center.Born in Lockhart, SC, he was the widower of the late Stella Bostic Horn and son of the late Druey B. Horn and Adrell Hoyle Horn. He was retired from the Standard Coffee Company and was a member of West End Baptist Church. Mr. Horn was a United States Army World War II veteran.Surviving are a son, Tom Horn and wife, Dorothy, of Fort Mill, SC; four grandchildren, Allen Horn, Justin Horn, Melissa Horn Dayton and Steven Horn; and five great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 23, 2006 at Blakely Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2006 in the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Jason Patterson and Rev. Rodney Cook.
