John was predeceased by his parents, John and Anna Klenoitz Urban; brother, Bob Urban; and sister, Betty Ann Urban. He is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen and Richard Kapinus; several nieces and nephews, Richard Kapinus, Christine, Patrick, and Marcia Kapinus, Daniel and Kathy Kapinus, and Thomas Kapinus. Special thanks to Gloria Hummell, Jackie's watched for friend, and to all the special staff who cared for him and knew him well. He was a member of St. Ann's Church, now Church of the Holy Trinity. Calling hours will be Thursday from 4-7 p.m. at the Sedlock Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Friday afternoon at 1 p.m. at the Sedlock Funeral Home Inc., 161 Clinton St., and 1:30 p.m. at Holy Trinity Church where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
