LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. John Thomas Dollar, II, age 49, died Nov. 12, 2007, at home. Services will be 11 a.m. today at Kidd-Robbins Funeral Home Chapel in Demopolis with Dr. Rex Kent officiating. Burial will follow in Demopolis Memorial Gardens with Kidd-Robbins Funeral Directors of Demopolis directing. The family will receive friends today from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home.Tommy was preceded in death by his father, James J. Dollar, his son, James Jackson "Jay" Dollar, II, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.Tommy is survived by his daughter, Hilary Dollar of Wetumpka; his mother, Maurine D. Durkin and her husband Mike of Attalla; his brother, Mark Dollar and his wife Nan; and his nephew, Matt Dollar, all of Demopolis.Pallbearers will be Jimmy Lee, Jeff Fields, Dr. Tony Speegle, Mike O'Neal, Ronnie Jennings, Kris Mullins, Greg Jenkins, and Donn Tarpley.Tommy was a member of The First Baptist Church of Demopolis.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Gideons International, P.O.
