He was a member of St. Martha's Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Rose Ann J.; and a son, James F. Halley of Chicago. A memorial liturgy will be at St. Martha's Catholic Church. The date of the liturgy is to be announced. Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, is in charge.
