John M. Stuart -->John M. Stuart, of Quincy passed away at Milton Hospital on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at age 73. Born in Quincy where he lived his whole life, he graduated from Quincy High. A Vietnam veteran, he served for 16 years in the Navy and volunteered for Interfaith Social Services in Quincy and Meals on Wheels. John was the father of Kathy L. Raetz of Hull, John R. Stuart of Weymouth and Michael Wayne Stuart of TN; brother of Jean Vitulano and David C. Stuart, both of Quincy and Donna L. Shields of Randolph and best friend of Billy Greene of Milton. He is also survived by 5 granddaughters, 1 great-grandson and 8 nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, January 12 from 4 to 7:30 p.m., immediately followed by a Funeral Service at Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home, 74 Elm St., Quincy Center. Cremation will follow.
