LEE, John Harold March 13, 1925 - June 7, 2009 Harold Lee of Edmonton passed away peacefully surrounded by family June 7, 2009 at the age of 84 years. Harold is survived by his children Judy (Rod) Arthur of Wainwright, Randy (Bonnie) Lee of Hay River, Connie Lee of Edmonton, Heather (Sam) Seim of Chauvin, Trevor (Jody) Lee of St. Paul. He will be remembered by his 13 grandchildren Tara (Peter), Rochelle (Daren), Travis (Melina), Kelsey (Cory), Jennifer (Taylor) Kaylan, Bryan (Sheila), Jordan, Vincent, Jarrett, Travis, Keegan and Brannon, as well as eight great-grandchildren. He also leaves his brother Robert (Marg) Lee of Ancaster. He was predeceased by his first wife Winnie in 1969 and his second wife Corill in 2002, his parents, three brothers, one sister and a great-grandson. He was born in Penhold March 13, 1925, went to school in Penhold and Red Deer. He served overseas in World War II and started working for BA Oil in Red Deer and Camrose. He started his own business in Wainwright in 1955, lived there until 1969, he then started a 17 year career in UFA and lived in Sherwood Park until 2007. After retirement he spent many winters in Arizona and summers working in his yard. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Park Place Funeral Home, 51 Broadway Boulevard, Sherwood Park, AB. Visitation one hour prior the service.
