KUHL John Kuhl, age 50, died Thursday, May 22, 2008 at Saint Clare's Hospital in Sussex following a short illness. Mr. Kuhl was born in Passaic, NJ, December 10, 1957, and had resided in Clifton and Stockholm before moving to Vernon nine years ago. Mr. Kuhl was a graduate of Clifton High School and Lincoln Technical Institute in Union. He has been an Auto Technician for Nissan for the last 16 years and most recently had worked at Hilltop Nissan in East Hanover. Mr. Kuhl is survived by his wife of six years, Deborah (McKay) Kuhl, daughter Mackenzie Valentino Kuhl of Westfield, sisters Maryann Orsine of Vernon and Joan Smolen and her husband Ron of Pequannock, niece and nephew Danielle and Nicholas Orsine and two grandnieces. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 8:30 PM at Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home, 241 Rt. 94, Vernon. Cremation will be private. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-8:30 PM. Memorial donations may be made to Cape May Bird Observatory Center for Research and Education, 600 Rt. 47, N.
