SOUTAR - John Jr., 17 years old of Centereach, on June 25, 2008. Beloved son of John and Kathi. Loving brother of Krystal and Joey. He meant the world to us and his family and friends. Johnny is loved by so many people and has touched all of our hearts in so many ways. His smile will live on in all of us forever. Keep on smiling baby. We love you, miss you, always in our hearts.
