John Henry Peters, of 434 Perry Ave., died Friday, Nov. 16, 2001, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Travelers Rest, he was a son of the late George and Lula Mae Davis Peters. He retired from Pendleton Street Baptist Church in the maintenance department. Survivors: A niece, Geraldine Davis, of the home; a nephew, Abraham Peters, of the home; and a sister, Lula Mae Rosemond, of Greenville. Service: 3 p.m. today at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary. Burial: Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
