DENNIS John F. McClellan, 86, of East Dennis, formerly of Cambridge and Stoughton, died at Cape Cod Hospital, May 5, 2009. Born and raised in Cambridge, he was the personel director for the city of Cambridge. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served during World War II and was a member of the Stoughton Knights of Columbus. He was the devoted husband of Elsie T. (Barrett) McClellan of East Dennis; brother of Pauline of California; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Friday, May 8, at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, at 10:30 a.m. Donations may be made in John's memory to Our Lady of the Cape Parish, 482 Stony Brook Road, West Brewster, MA 02631.
