DEAN John E. Dean III, 53, of State Street, in Ansonia, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 10, 2005, at his home. John was born in Derby on August 30, 1951, son of the late John E. and Lillian Vernacatola Dean. He had worked as a truck driver for Birm 1 Construction in Ansonia. He is survived by two sons, John Dean IV of Milford, and Shawn Dean of Shelton; a daughter, Michelle Dean of Milford; a brother, Richard Dean of Beacon Falls; three sisters, Patricia Osborne of Seymour, Mary Hultman of Derby, and Joann Dean of Beacon Falls; a grandson, Lawrence; and several nieces, nephews, and friends. Friends and relatives are invited to attend funeral services on Thursday, April 14, 2005 at 6 p.m. at the Spinelli-Malerba-Ricciuti Funeral Home, 62 Beaver Street, in Ansonia, with the Rev. Ronald Genua officiating. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
