CONNELL, John Douglas Hamilton - July 1, 1930 - April 11, 2014 After a courageous battle with both prostate and bladder cancer, John passed away on Friday, April 11, 2014 at Connemora Farm. Predeceased by Rihmora, his lovely wife of fifty-eight years, he will be missed by his daughters Allyson (Nick) and Leslie Anne (Jim); his grandchildren Aengus and Oscar; Sean (Dara), Matt (Laura) and Jessica; his brother Don (Maureen); and his nieces Kelly (Allan) and Jane (Alex). John was predeceased by his brother Jimmy. A gifted educator, a talented athlete, an inspiring father and a wonderful friend, John will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
