GLEN, John David. At the age of eighty years, husband of Rose-Marie (Thorn) Glen, of Gloucester, formerly Boston, Savannah and Montreal, died on May 7 in Gloucester. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Heather Cook and her husband John of Newport Beach, CA, Karen Gitelson and her husband Amnon of Scarborough, NY, David Glen of Listowel, Ontario, John "Max" Glen of Boston, MA; his sister, Helen McConnell of Kennebunkport, ME; grandchildren Nicole and Scott Cook, Dahlia and Shelley Gitelson, Anna and Katherine Glen. He was predeceased by his first wife Inger (nee Jorgensen) Glen. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 18 at 10 a.m. in the Annisquam Village Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 311 Arsenal Street, Watertown, MA. 02142. Funeral arrangements are being conducted by the James C.
