DALLEY, John (Jack) Edward With a very heavy heart the family of Jack Dalley, longtime resident of Jasper, Alberta, announce his passing at Seton Hospital on November 27, 2010. Jack was 82 years old. Left to mourn his loss and cherish all that he was, is his loving family; treasured companion and wife, June of Jasper, Alberta and their children, John (Butch) Dalley of Jasper, Alberta and Lynn (Jeff) Lyon of Edmonton, Alberta. Jack also leaves behind one special grandson, Jarrett Lyon of Edmonton, Alberta. Jack is survived by three sisters, Betty, June and Margaret; numerous nieces, nephews and many, many friends. Jack was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Grace Dalley. In keeping with Jack's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time. A private family interment will take place at a later date. If so desired, the family suggests that a donation can be made to either, the Alzheimer's Society of Alberta and N.W.T., 10531 Kingsway Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5E 4K1, or to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Suite 1010, Royal Bank Building, 10117 Jasper Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5J 1W8, in John Dalley's memory.
