John Coarsey "Jack" Lee John Coarsey "Jack" Lee, 83, died Friday, July 30, 2004. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Betty Bailey Lee. The graveside service will be at 10 a.m. EDT Friday at Roselawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. EDT Thursday at Culley's Funeral Home-Riggins Road Chapel (850-877-8191).Memorial contributions may be made to H. He was a member of the Advent Episcopal Church, a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Colonel's Club. He was retired from the Associated Industries of Florida, Distilled Spirits Wholesalers of Florida and the Florida Chamber of Commerce.Other survivors include his daughter, Suzanne T. Lee of Tallahassee; a son, John Chrisman "Chris" Lee and his children, Brandon Michael Lee and Lindsey Barbara Lee, all of Coral Springs; his daughter-in-law, Susan Hartsfield Lee and her children, Mara McKenzie Lee and Forrest Chrisman Lee, all of Quincy; 10 nieces and nephews; and many, many friends.He was preceded in death by his first wife, Beverly T. Lee; his son, Richard G. Lee; and a brother, Richard W. Lee.
