Survivors include: 2 sons- John Burley Carter III (Tracy) and Josh; 2 sisters- Helen M. Davis (James A.) and Victoria G. Roberson; 1 brother- John J. Carter; 2 grandchildren- Hannah and Hailey Carter. Funeral services will be held Monday December 3, 2007 in the Northside Chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street. With Rev.
