SWARTZ, John Ambrose "Jack" Passed away peacefully on September 13, 1999 at the Riverside Nursing Home. Beloved husband of Zita (nee Chene). Dear father of John and companion Barbara of Harrow, Carolyn and husband Rick Fuschi of Tecumseh, Ken and wife Lynn of LaSalle and Michael and Steven both of Windsor. Survived by his brother Ken of Virginia and by his sister Dorothy and husband James Taylor of Windsor. Cherished grandfather of Aaron, Leah, Ryan, Danielle, Lauren, Christopher and Andrea. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. John was a 37 year long pipe fitter for the Ford Motor Company. He was also a WWII Veteran and a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #255. Friends may call at The Chapel of Angels Funeral Home, 866 Tecumseh Rd. East on Wednesday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish Prayers will be held at 8:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday September 16, 1999 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Rose Of Lima Roman Catholic Church. The funeral procession will depart from the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Father Graham officiating. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
