Joe L. Smith - Titusville - Joe L. Smith, retired from the US Navy and the Brevard County Sheriff's Department succumbed to Eternal Life on Wednesday, April 15, 2009. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 34 years, Marguerite Young-Smith; his sister, Bertha Mae Anthony of Altoona, PA; his children, Tonya Marie Haralson, Shelly Johnson, Karen West, Mark Smith and Bradley Scott Cleveland; sisters-in-law, Joyce Abrams-Smith and Carolyn Hall; brother-in-law, Jerome (Tomoka) Young; and a host of family and friends. A memorial service with military honors will be held at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, April 25th, at Mt. Moriah AME Church, 234 Stone Street, Cocoa, FL.
