They moved to Syracuse after Jim's Air Force service and later moved to Poughkeepsie in 1972. Joan was a Girl Scout Troop Leader and volunteer at Saint Francis Hospital. Joan then managed the office of Dr. Leonard J. Goldstein for 23 years, while also raising her family. Joan will be remembered best for her love of tennis, reading, Bridge, dancing and her sense of style. She was dedicated to her family and friends. She is survived by her beloved husband, Jim; son, James A. Clark and wife, Jane; son, David M. Clark and wife, Beth Anne; and daughter, Carol E. Tucci and husband, Allen; as well as seven grandchildren.
