->BANGOR AND FORT KENT - Joan M. Nedeau 72, died peacefully January 6, 2015 at a Bangor Health Care Facility. She was born February 12, 1942 in St. Agatha, ME, the daughter of Albert and Leona (Roy) Chasse.Joan enjoyed gardening, barbecue&#x27;s and family gatherings, taking drives in the back roads and making her famous fudge for the family. She was also known as the miracle lady after having gone through so many health issues and never losing her sense of humor, always telling jokes and keeping others laughing. Joan worked for Princess Kent Inc. for twenty- two and half years.She is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Lincoln Nadeau of New Canada, Six daughters and their spouses, Carolyn (Tom) Dumond of Wallagrass, Janice Clavet and special friend Howard Daigle of New York, Bonnie, (Gary) McClure of N.C., Corinne, (Brad) Johnston of Hampden, Jill ( Dave) Harding of Mass. Cheryl, (Jeff) Whitten of Enfield, Me. 14 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. Two sisters; Anita, ( Martial) Pelletier of Ct., Jean (Richard ) Cyr of Madawaska, two brothers; Wilfred and wife Jackie Chasse of St. Agatha, Monfort and wife Jackie Chasse of Madawaska. Three sisters in law, Mother-in-law, Corinne Nadeau, brothers in law , Irvin Nadeau of Ontario, Caroll and Don (Lyse) Nadeau of New Canada. Sisters in law, Patsy, (James) Guerette of Guerette, Francis, ( Robert) Collins of St. Agatha, She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.In addition to her parents she was predeceased by four brothers; Sylva, Valier, Joel, and James Chasse.Friends may call 9 am, Monday, January 12, 2015, until time of service at the Daigle Funeral Home, Fort Kent. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 am Monday at St. Louis Catholic Church, Fort Kent. Spring burial will be held in the Holy Family Catholic Cemetery, New Canada.
