JOAN LEE - CHIPLEY -Joan U. Lee, Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt), USAF (RET.) of Chipley, Florida departed this life on Monday, January 5, 2009 in Panama City, Florida. Chief Lee is survived by her parents, Odis Lee of Vernon, FL; Helen and Alphonso Daniel of Chipley, FL; four siblings, Carolyn (Willie) Hightower, of Tallahassee FL, Shirley (Arthur) Goff of Aldephi, MD, Otis (Pam) Lee of Vernon, FL and Theodis Lee of Chipley FL; an uncle, aunts, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, January 9, 2009, from 3 to 9 p.m., at Cooper Funeral Home, 1220 Church Avenue, Chipley, FL. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 10, 2009, at 12:00 p.m., at Grant Tabernacle AME Church, 419 Martin Luther King Drive, Chipley, FL with the Reverend Larry Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Sylvania Church Cemetery, Vernon, FL with full military honors, under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home, Chipley, FL.
