PARKER, JoAnn, 65, of Plant City, went to be with the Lord on July 31, 2003. She is survived by her beloved children, daughter, Cindy Alexander and husband, Bob; sons, John E. Parker and wife, Roxie and Davi d A. Parker and wife, Mary; her special grandchildren, Tara, Jessie, Kyle and Sloan; her sister, Dolores Kessel and husband, Pete; and nephews, Randy and Richard Creekmore.
