Chapel funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday for Jimmy Wayne Morris, 65, Webster's Chapel, who passed away Sunday, Jan. 15, 2012. The Rev. Michael Yates will officiate with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral Home directing.Jimmy graduated from Alexandria High School and retired from Anniston Army Depot. He was a loving father and grandfather. His hobbies included racing, fishing, turkey shooting and Alabama football. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Morris; and grandson, Jayden Spears.Survivors include his children, Jessica Morris, Jamie Morris and Ronnie Morris; grandchild, Layla Spears; and a host of cousins and friends.Pallbearers will be Pete Morris, Junior Maxwell, Ralph Brown, Larry Morris, Michael Meeks, Bobby Jones, James Morris and J.P. Morris.A special thank you to GRMC MICU, Dr. James White and Dr. Corley.The family will receive friends this evening from 6 until 8 at the funeral home.
