Interment will follow in Jerusalem Cemetery, Mathews, AL with Ross-Clayton Funeral Home, Inc., directing. Mr. Davis will lie in repose in the chapel one hour prior to the funeral service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rebecca and Mack Floyd; his wife, Mattie Johnson Davis; son, Frederick Davis; brother, Bennie Floyd, Sr. and sister, Barbara Floyd.
