Jessie Maude "Maudie" Howell May 3, 1921 - October 26, 2014 Conway Miss Jessie Maude "Maudie" Howell, 93, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 26, 2014 at Agape Senior of Conway. She was born in Conway on May 3, 1921. Jessie Maude was the daughter of the late Jesse McKiever Howell and Carrie Nevada Cook Howell. Miss Jessie Maude loved cooking, sewing, crocheting, scrapbooking and photography. She influenced her niece, Judy, and great-niece, Nichole in their love of photography. She always loved to help others more than anything else. She was a member of Greenwood Baptist Church for many years where she was on the Fellowship Committee. After many years of working for the church, she was awarded a plaque for all the things that she had done for the church. She was predeceased by her sister, Estherleen Howell; brother-in-law, G. C. Leviner; nephew, Jesse C. Leviner; great-niece, Wendy Leviner; and her niece's husband, Butch Chestnut. She is survived by her sister, Carrie Mae H. Leviner; niece, Judy L. Chestnut; great-nieces and great-nephews, Kim Harper (Joe), Scott Leviner, Christopher Chestnut (Heather), Nichole Chestnut and Jessica Leviner; great-great nieces and great-great nephew, Kaitlyn Harper, Alana Smith, Darci Chestnut, Grayson Leviner, Claire Chestnut and Jessie D. Graham; and special family member, friend and neighbor Gail Leviner. The family would like to extend our thanks to all the wonderful people working at Agape Senior in Conway. They were so special and helpful to the family and Miss Jessie Maude. She could never have had a more wonderful roommate than Mrs. Betty Williamson, thank you so much! Funeral services will be held at 2:30PM Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel, officiated by Rev. Richard Krieg, Rev. Lindsay Brown, and Rev. Randy Zurcher. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, October 28, 2014 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM, and at other times at the home of her niece, Judy Chestnut, off of Dongola Highway on Leviner Lane.
