Jessie (Nelson) Ellingsworth Morgan, age 90, of Ozark, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2006. She was born March 30, 1916, in Sparta, the daughter of James and Mattie (Bray) Nelson. Mrs. Morgan was a 65 year member of Selmore Baptist Church. As a homemaker she loved her family and enjoyed her garden and quilting. Survivors include her daughter, Paula Honeycutt, Blue Springs two grandchildren, Wynell Honeycutt, Blue Springs, and Wyndell Honeycutt and Terry Sause, Lone Jack two great-grandsons, Joey McMahon and Thomas French, both of Blue Springs her twin sister, Clessie Oswald, Springfield nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Paul Ellingsworth her second husband, Jack Morgan four brothers, Clyde, Clell, Cecil and Claude four sisters, Vesta, Ada, Pearl and May and her parents. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, July 14, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Pastor Josh Hall and Pastor Max Edmondson officiating. Burial will follow in Selmore Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. Friday until service time. Memorial contributions may be made to Selmore Baptist Church or Missouri Baptist Children's Home.
