Jessie Ann Hayes LaCrosse Jessie Ann Hayes, 61, of LaCrosse, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2005. A long time LaCrosse resident, she was born April 3, 1944 in Overton County, TN to Bud and Lula (McCowan) Parlin. She graduated from LaCrosse High School in 1962 and had worked as a machine operator at the Orville Redenbacher Popcorn plant for 17 years. On September 1, 1962 in Knox, she married Robert W. Hayes, who survives, along with three children: Rejina Sue Rogers, Richard Carlton Hayes and William Martin Hayes, all of LaCrosse; five grandchildren: Bradley White, Cory, Chase, Kyle and Dylan Hayes; her mother, Lula Parlin of LaCrosse; three brothers: Bobby, Alan and John Parlin, all of LaCrosse; two sisters: Joan Bucher of Kouts and Wanda Moore of Knox. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Nicholas Raymond Hayes in 1967; and one sister, Hazel Pryor. Following cremation at Angelcrest Crematory, Valparaiso, a memorial service will be held on Monday, April 11, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the LaCrosse United Methodist Church, followed by burial of ashes at Oak Grove Cemetery.
