PETERS, JERI LYNN, 20 Ocala - Jeri Lynn Peters, 20 passed away December 24, 2006. She was born in Chicago Heights, IL and moved to Ocala in 2002 from Monee, IL. She was a Catholic, an avid baseball player, bowler and participated in cheerleading. She was employed at IHOP on State Road 200 and had also worked at Pizza Hut on SR 40 in Ocala. Jeri is survived by her parents Tammy and Jerry H. Peters of Ocala, a daughter Somyiai Lynn Cruz of Ocala, sisters Nicole (Kenny) DaCorte of Park Forest, IL, and Kelly Peters of Steger, IL, a brother Jerry Peters of Ocala, Paternal Grandparents Barbara and Jerry Peters of Ocala, Maternal Grandparents Sherry and James Darby of Park Forest, IL, many aunts and uncles, great aunts and uncles, 2 nieces and 2 nephews and many cousins. A gathering for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2006 from 4 to 9 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Homes Bruce Chapel West, Ocala, Fl 34476. Final services and interment will be in Matteson, IL.
